First, login to your Mailchimp Account. On the left sidebar, select Audience and then Signup Forms. Then click Select next to Embedded forms
You can just accept the standard signup form, and press Continue top right
On the next page you’ll see the HTML code for your form. Press Copy Code to copy to your clipboard.
Now go to the Mailing List page on your Lemi business dashboard, paste in the code and press Save.
The Mailchimp form will now appear on your page!
