When a customer places an order on Lemi, 4 days after you mark the order as complete by dispatching the order, the customer will receive an email, with links to “Leave a Review” for each item in their order.
They’ll then be able to leave a short review with title, text, optional photos and star ratings.
Reviews will be shown on the product page. Only reviews by verified users are shown by default. You’ll also see an average star rating for all reviews with ratings.
You’re in control of your reviews. You receive an email whenever a review is left.
You can choose to hide or show certain reviews: go to Edit Profile, Reviews and press the Show review or Hide review button.
